Spend part of your summer in a leadership role that blends responsibility, community, and purpose. As a Resident Assistant for The Rock School for Dance’s Summer Ballet Intensive, you will support young dancers during a high-energy residential program while gaining real experience in supervision and student life. This is a hands-on summer role for people who lead with maturity, reliability, and care. Location options: Philadelphia or West Chester, Pennsylvania
